This is the photo to which Glenda was referring. It was taken Easter (April) 2001, just two months after returning from Kyle's adoption in Russia. Kyle was 20 months old and it was the first time many of the family had first laid eyes on Kyle. I think all of us would agree that it was a different time in our world. Five months later the world would change.

Mine, too. I don't know what it is, but there is something so special about it. Maybe it was being able to observe Kyle experiencing new sights, sounds and places in his new world! I just love it, thanks Terrill!
It's funny..I was just thinking the same thing about the pictures we have of Gracie at the beach this summer (posted at http://kjellsen.shutterfly.com). It is hard to imagine not being able to see the kids not have more opportunities to enjoy that - Bryan
